I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, and having access to our own pool was simply amazing. The service was impeccable, especially in assisting us with our needs. The location was peaceful near the public beach, though a bit distant from the city. The dining experience was delightful, offering great choices. The facilities provided added convenience to our stay.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, but lacks curtains which can make the room quite bright early in the morning. The pristine water and rich breakfast options are highlights. The service is very nice and polite, with attentive staff. The dining experience is great for those who enjoy fresh juices and a variety of food. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory with well-maintained areas.
The hotel offers a mix of luxury and minor inconveniences. The rooms were spacious and modern, overlooking the pool, but had issues with curtains letting in too much light in the mornings. The service was exceptional with attentive staff members, including Khun Jeab and our resident hosts Jeff and Toffy. The location, though a bit set back from Surin Beach, was surrounded by beautiful trees with easy access to nearby beaches. The dining experience was top-notch with delicious options and the freedom to enjoy unlimited Prosecco. However, a flaw in the room setup and minor inconvenience with curtains could affect the overall stay.
The hotel has spacious and well-equipped rooms with extremely comfortable beds. However, the room we initially paid $350 for wasn't ready, and we had to request a crib multiple times. The lack of curtains in some windows made the room very bright early in the morning.
The hotel offers really spacious and luxury quality rooms, including a dining table for 6, sink table top with cutlery, 2 showers, 2 toilets, living room, pool, and bedroom. The rooms are beautiful with a huge double bathroom and a huge balcony offering views of the beautiful resort pool. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure comfort, such as sending roses and flower petals to our room. The location is convenient, close to various attractions like FantaSea, Patong, The Elephant Retirement Park, Siam Niramit, and boat tours. The dining experience is varied and catered to different tastes. Facilities are well-maintained and nicely designed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While I had to wait multiple times for the baby crib we requested and the room wasn't fully prepared, the design of the rooms is lovely. Despite the minor room issues, the private pools felt like a luxury villa experience with a personal balcony for each room. The lack of curtains in some windows was addressed by the staff with a makeshift solution, but it did affect my morning comfort.
The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach, offering a very nice and relaxing stay. The rooms are big, very clean, and chic, but unfortunately, there was a day when they weren't serviced. The price of $350 per night might be a bit on the higher side.
